Do Not move here unless you like 100% drama! Drugs, people driving through at one o'clock in the morning, and kids running out in the streets by theirselves in diapers. There are inspections 24/7. Yes, the manager and other people come in and look through what is supposed to be your home at least every month, usually more. In the summer time your "home" is invaded by people writing reports on the way you live two to three times a month. The walls are paper thin so if you ever get bored you can just listen in to other people's conversations. If you have a problem like a ceiling leak or your heat isn't working you can have the maintaince man come look at it in about three months. Then whenever he feels like it (rather you are home or not) he will take his set of keys to your "home" and come in. I would not move back if someone payed me! It might look nice but for your own good, find another place!
Don't try and go here. I've applied over a year ago and still nothing. Unless you milk the system and live here paying $11 a month with coal miners money. It's a joke! People brag about paying nothing! Enjoy that life sweetheart!
