Had a package with a very expensive guitar in it postponed due to bad weather i give em it was cold but other then that my mail man run in a little car like always but fedex couldnt seem to make it this is the second package this week they have been late on i paid for two day shipping from new jersey the same day i bought an item from Illinois on ebay it has regular usps shipping well it got here yesterday and still no delivery from fedex i cant believe they switched from ups to fedex my deliveries used to get here in 1 day on the two day shipping with ups with a package from new jersey now here it is the fourth day on a two day ship and still nothing fedex sucks *** i will never ever ever use them again i will buy from a new place if the current store i shop with dont change back to ups
Every time I see Fed Ex as the carrier listed on an order I place I know that there is going to be a problem. The shipment will be delayed, the deliver instructions will be ignored, or the package will go to the wrong address. Only go with Fed Ex if you enjoy spending time speaking to customer service representatives in an effort to clean up the mess that they will inevitably make.
so these people here like stealing your money then giving away your packages then they love lying to u about and refuse to try and rectify it in anyway shap or form. if i had done something like this at a job i wouldve fired and prob be sitting in jail right now
I never had any problems with deliveries in our house only with fedex!!!! The delivery guy just drops off the package without making sure if its the right house the package belongs to!!! First the guy called me and was being honest and said the package was delivered at their office few walks from our house now it happend again the tracking says its been delivered but its not here in my house I dont know if where he drops it!!!! That package is important to me and it cost a lot!!!!! They don't even have their own number to contact to!!!! Terrible and lazy!!!!!!!!!!!! Mad as hell!!!! Hope they can fix it!!!!!!!
Multiple times, large packages left at easy open cattle gate in Gravel drive 1/4 mile from house out of view of house, & neighbors, only unknown crew at wooded construction site could see packages.
UPS has no problem with delivery, FedEx Lazy or incompetent? Who knows, but have been previous mis-routing problems as well. 2 stars because some deliveries have gone well.
