This is a great location with personalized service. We just wish it was a little closer to the interstate, but we also understand why it serves the Bluefield WV airport location. Every car we have ever rented here has been clean and mechanically perfect. Whenever possible we will always rent from this location.
The Hertz people made a bad situation very comfortable for me to handle. Their professional and respectful manner was much appreciated.

Terrible. It's always something with Kathy. I rent for business purposes and Hertz knows what codes and information is required in order for the company to pay for the rentals. Yet Kathy always manages to screw this up - wrong codes, leading to lots of charges that I have to explain and get cleaned up. Plus the cars are dirty and not well maintained (the license plate was falling off, when I asked her to fix it she told me to go to Auto Zone and buy a screw for the license plate - I refused and exasperated she took the car to the service area, they didn't have a screw, finally she just tightened the other screw and said "here you go!") This is how you treat customers who rent for months at a time?? Avoid this Hertz location like the plague.
